PROCESSING & SHIPPING

 At Sweetfixx, Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live.  

 PROCESSING TIME: 

Standard Boxx orders take 7 calendar days to process due to item being handmade. 

Local Hand Delivery by Sweetfixx Employee:

We currently offer delivery to St. Louis and surrounding areas. 

Delivery windows are Monday - Saturday between 12pm - 5pm.  Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee a specific time. However, we do provide ample notice when we are on our way with your order, so please be sure to provide us with the best contact number. 

 

Standard Domestic Shipping

Orders only ship Monday - Wednesday via UPS.

For Standard Domestic Shipping, Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment. Once you have the tracking number please allow 24 hrs for it to enter the carrier’s system and update; once the tracking is updated you will have step by step knowledge to the status of your package.
